Spiced Salmon Patties

I made a new recipe for an old favorite at our house!

1 15 oz can salmon, remove bones, drain
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon sweet basil
1 teaspoon marjoram

Mix all ingredients well. Brown lightly in extra virgin olive oil. (appx. 5 minutes) salt to taste.

I served these patties with sugar snap peas, steamed herb rice, and cornbread.  The whole meal took about 20 minutes to prepare! The cornbread was leftover, but a nice garlic toast would go well with the meal. Enjoy!
